A new meditation (Time-Space Quantum Meditation)

We live in a space-time continuum which means that because outer space is so vast and infinite in size as it continues continually to expand it seems to be infinite without any boundaries. This vast gap in consciousness between the observer and the environment causes a feeling of separation between Self and other. The frequency bands that are blocked off from original Partiki units called are Apparthi bands and they create the illusion of solidity, physicality, locality, separation and hence the Newtonian laws of physics start to apply or classical mechanics.

The only way to close this vast infinite gap of loneliness and survival mode is to begin practicing this new meditation we’ll provide to you here in this blog called “Time-space meditation”. As we already explained in our previous blog of “Space-time Vs Time-space” the new approach or next reality called Time-space is the parallel inverse opposite of space-time. In Time-space, we have antimatter, infinite time and more blocks and patches of space to fill out. In space-time to reach from point A to point B we must move through space and it takes time. For example, if you woke up in the morning and first thought of getting up from bed and going to the kitchen to make breakfast, you’d have to move from point A (your bed) to point B (kitchen) and it would take time (perhaps 7min or so) to prepare breakfast. So in this Newtonian 3D physical reality one has to move or do some sort of action in order to achieve their goals and achieving your goals depends at the speed at which you operate to get them done but either way they will take time.

In time-space (5D), we move through time (astral realm) and we are changing spaces or dimensions at 90 degrees and 45 degrees. The quantum Unified Field relays data in the form of omni-polar tri-tone scalar standing waves and bi-polar electro-tonal ultra-micro particulates (PartikA and Particum energy sub-units) via a process called “ManU [Ec/ALEPH orb field] Exchange” and Partiki Phasing via 180 degree fission (expansion/division) i.e. flashing ON of Apparthi frequency bands (BIG BANG) and 360 degree fusion (contraction/unification) i.e. flashing OFF of Apparthi frequency bands (BIG CRUNCH). This can get pretty complex so I need you to focus here. Time itself is a 4th dimension and time is the bridge 🌉 joining 3D to 5D. In other words, time-space is 5D and you don’t ever have to worry about not having enough time because in that dimension time is infinitely endless and we have more spaces to fill or more things to do. So things that you couldn’t do in this lifetime or past lives, you’re able to do and even re-do all of them and even more in time-space reality. What would you do if you had infinite time? That’s the time-space continuum. And this meditation will help you to zero out time in this 3D material world like pausing a movie 🎥 scene and accessing the 5D immaterial world. In 5D time is NOT linear at all, meaning it flows in every possible directions. Another thing is that the past, present and future all occur exactly at the same time. This is really alot to take in I know. But that’s just how complex dimensionality can get. Don’t even get me started on time-travel and retro-causality.

Time-space means that everything for you moves so slowly that you can do more things as if you were traveling at speeds of light or like the Flash or Sonic the Hedgehog. Even if it’s just for 4 min, the moment you close your eyes shutting your awareness off from the outside material world you are accessing the black void immaterial inner world inside you. And if you pursue this inner world long enough, you can end up traveling in the “eye of the needle” or lucid dreaming or fantasizing or imagining stuff. This is where we holographically re-create our inner world and dreams which if pursued long enough with clear intentions and elevated emotions will reflect that inner world on the outer world.

This is why meditation is so important, not only does it mentally clear off bullshit from the outer world but it also develops trust in oneself, Love, gratitude and appreciation. You feel more lively, more hyperactive, more vital and more important. You feel worthy, complete/whole, blissful and satisfied right NOW without waiting for something outside of you to come change how you feel on the inside LATER!

Beginning the meditation

Step 1: Take a soft pillow and put it on floor. Sit your butt on top of it and cross your legs or just sit on the bed comfortably without crossing your legs but in an upright sitting position. Don’t lie down.

Step 2: Before you close your eyes. Take a deep long breathe in and a deep long breathe out. Do this 3 times.

Step 3: Now, I want you to contract your perineum or the muscles of your anus and your stomach muscles (lower abdomen) as if you’re holding yourself from excreting or as if you’re squeezing them together pushing them backwards. Do this 3 times. It’s going to help you to get used to it. At first it may feel awkward to the body and mind because you’ve never done it before consciously. But you’re going to use those muscles alot in this meditation. Contracting those perineum muscles and lower abdomen will cause the sacrum bone to lean backward, building intrathecal pressure and this will push the cerebrospinal fluid up all the way into the brain charging it up with energy. In Chinese medicine, your body is like a magnet and your brain is the North Pole and your tailbone is the South Pole and the spinal cord is the optic fibre for conducting charge and transporting fluids, intrathecal pressure and energy from the body to the brain and from the brain to the body in a PBIS (Planetary Bio-feedback Interface System) feedback loop response system. You don’t have to understand the complexity of PBIS here but in summary you’re actually connected to the planet Earth 🌍 whether you know this or not. Whether you believe it or not. You’re linked energetically via the Prana Silver Tube aka E-Umbi Umbilical Cord and the Earth Star below your feet. You had this tube ever since you came to life in this planet. I wrote about this in my book 2 “A Dark Volume” so you might wanna go check it out.

Step 4: After contracting those muscles. You can close your eyes or keep them open but now you’re going to focus on your breathing. Take one slow steady breath in (inhale) while contracting those perineum muscles and lower stomach muscles simultaneously and hold those muscles and that breath for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, release your breath and those perineum+stomach muscles. Be careful not to accidently poof 💩 😂. Do this continually for about 5 times in total. Make sure you’re contracting those muscles and inhaling at the same time. Again, make sure you’re relaxing those muscles and exhaling at the same time. This breathing exercise must be a synchronized rhythm because it’s going to affect your cardiac cycle, blood circulatory system, sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, brain coherence and heart coherence improving health, longevity and so much more. Relaxing the perineum+ stomach muscles causes the sacrum bone to flex forward and relax lessening that intrathecal pressure and muscle strain.

Final Step: “Where you place your attention is where you place your energy” -Abraham Hicks. Now we’re going to place our attention on the brain and mind. The goal of steps 1-4 is to activate the 144-Krist Grid or EM (Electromagnetic) torus field around your body. This field is invisible and you won’t be able to feel it just like you can’t feel your left ear unless wind passes by or someone tickles it with a feather 😂. If your epiphysis aka pineal gland is stimulated enough electrically via consistent use of this meditation then you will to some extent like myself be able to see heat waves emanating from your body or other people or from the Sun during the day when sun-gazing or 🌃 night at when moon-gazing. So in this step, you’re going to remove your attention from everyone and everything physical. Don’t think about your troubles, anxiety, life, family, food, cars, girls or lovers etc. Train your brain to think about only one thing…. “The brain itself”. How do you do this? You can start by visualizing the brain. Basically, download pictures about the brain and focus on the image of the brain itself by looking it at. Staring or glaring at it. When you done, close your eyes for 10 seconds while counting and imagine only the picture of the brain you just saw. This will help direct your focus from broad daily thoughts to only one narrow bandwidth of thought hence the brain itself. One this is done. You can now combine this visualization technique with the breathing exercise I taught you and the muscle contraction. As you contract the perineum and lower abdomen squeezing those muscles, you are taking a slow deep breath (inhalation) and focusing all that mental energy or attention on the image of the brain holding for 5 seconds. Then after 5 seconds, you relax those anus+stomach muscles while breathing out (exhalation), let go of the pressure while focusing on your body this time. See the energy mentally moving up your spine during inhalation and contraction as if being sucked into the brain as you suck juice from a straw. Then see the energy with your mind or imagination moving down your spine as you exhale and relax your perineum+stomach muscles as if the energy is being drained or flushed down the toilet. Fun fact: You actually flush your brain 3 times a day. But this meditation flushes the brain more often, keeping it clean of mental germs, psychic debris, toxins, brain tumors by shrinking brain cancer cells, changing gene expression, enhancing performance and focus.

Torus Inductance Field

This is how the time-space meditation works. You’re drawing energy from your 3 dormant vortex energy centers or lower chakras (Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus) and pulling it all up via the spine conductor to the North Pole brain (Third Eye/Epiphysis/Pineal gland) charging it electrically with Prana (life force energy) and cerebrospinal fluid charged molecules of salt and ions. Salt and ions conduct electricity therefore you are forming an inductance field around your body energetically making the body become an EM magnet full of energy and vitality. So all that energy you would use for running away from a predator, for digesting food or for having orgasmic sex is invested into the brain (epiphysis/pineal gland), charging it up. When this happens, your brain waves (Gamma wave/ high beta waves) start to change and new brain patterns (psychophysiological coherence) form as well as neurological pathways allowing you to think differently than you did before and hence changing your perception thus changing your personal reality ultimately changing your personality as you become this new YOU.

Therefore you become more wave than particle, more mind than matter, more energy, more unified than separated and you bypass the classical Newtonian laws of physics and play “hob” with Einstein’s laws 😂. You are no longer matter trying to affect matter. And you move and evolve from being a limited someone trapped somewhere sometime looking for something/somebody to fill your void to becoming an unlimited no one suspended nowhere, able to accomplish amazing feats and breakthroughs in no time looking or desiring nothing/nobody to fill your void because there is no void to fill when you already feel whole, perfect, divine and complete just the way you are physically. Finally, you’ll be able to merge with a greater Consciousness within the quantum field which allows your awareness to become everyone omnipresent everywhere everytime having everything and everybody within you (Soul family, guardian angels, deceased relatives etc.) because you are whole and complete.

The inner world will start to become more real than the outer world to you. And you will enjoy life promise. This is why Jesus said “seek the kingdom of God first, then all these other things will be added unto you”. You will realize in your greater awareness state that you can become anyone anywhere anytime and that you already have anything and anybody within you which is why Jesus again said: “Act as if it has already been done to you.” In short, whatever you desire to manifest or create in this 3D reality. Consider it already manifest within you (your inner world) and live with that assurance that it is yours to have and you are worthy to have it. Imagine yourself having that desire and be greatful for it. Be excited as if you already have it and as time progresses it shall miraculously manifest according to the Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy. But remember, bigger desires take longer time. The bigger the desire the more energy you’ll need to manifest it.

You start to understand that everything is energy, frequency and vibration as Nikola Tesla pointed out and therefore by matching the energy, frequency and vibration of what you desire or wish to create you will inevitably acquire that desire. But this is done via persistence and Jesus echoed this in Matthew 7:7- “Keep seeking, you will find, keep asking, it will be given and keep knocking it shall be opened unto you.” The trick is to study the Law of Attraction and use it together with this meditation to “reap what you Sow.” Fun fact: The Law of Attraction is just one of 50 Universal Quantum Laws.

Time-space meditation is like a recharging pot zone or a Wi-Fi hot-spot because you’ll be able to learn faster, download loads of information from the quantum wave field (data field), have a photographic memory, sleep better (circadian rhythms), feel better, be more aware, have a better immune and digestive system and you be more present in your surroundings. You will be more lucid (conscious) in your dreams (being able to recall dreams) and you’ll become Supernatural if you keep doing this every single day before starting your day in the morning and before sleeping in the nighttime.

Discovering your primal purpose. Your clarion call!

The primal purpose of human evolution is the achievement of Transmutational Dimensional Ascension or •Ta-KEY-On Inscension• and Co-Creative Mastery over personal Eternal Consciousness and Internal Templar Complex (inner world) within the holograms of the Time Matrix. Through fulfilment of the Primal Purpose and Clarion Call humanity will regain the Primal Condition (ECKAR Identity) of Eternal Consciousness at-ONE-ment or Harmonic Resonance or Psycho-physiological Coherence with the Central Source of Creation or GOD-SOURCE (ManU Trion-Meadjhon Orb quantum God Field).
