The Power of Meditation

Meditation involves sitting down quietly in a quiet environment or while listening to soft, calming 🎶 music like that of Nature to relax you and make your mind open to hearing only that sound frequency of that audio. It isn’t so different from prayer but is technically more advanced as it requires some concentration on yourself and your inner world not people in the outer world.

Separating the background noises to create the white noise which makes your mind focus only that sound. Distinguishing different types of sounds step downs the brain’s EMF(ElectroMagnetic Force) or the speed at which the neurons connect and transmit information in the brain and makes it more easier to establish focus and concentration. This allows the brain neurons to fire and wire in a specific way which is the way of concentration this means that you will be able to quiet down the runny jutty thoughts circulating in your mind.

The step then is narrow or reduce down the number and amount of thoughts running around in your head until it is only one thought remaining in your head like a 🐮 cow for example. Once only one thought remains in your mind it is easier to shut it down until you achieve a state of quietness and tranquility. There are 4 known states of Consciousness namely: Waking Consciousness (when awake during the day)/ Beta brain-waves, Dream/Sleeping (Alpha brain-waves), REM [Rapid Eye Movement] aka Deep Sleep (Theta brain-waves) and Samadhi (Highest State of Awareness/Gamma brain-waves where the heart is awake but the mind is asleep) this is a state of being half-awake and half-asleep.

One gets to learn about and to appreciate himself/herself at a extensively deep level that has ever been known. Meditation increases one’s chance for success, goal achievement, self-discipline, high self-esteem and good self-image. One is always satisfied with going within or into meditation. The truth is that each of us posseses a Great Ancient Intelligence deep inside of us that guides us, protects us, inspires and motivates us to be better than our past selves and dream and achieve bigger goals through passion, will, relentlessness and drive.

Meditation allows you to quiet down thoughts about the future or to stop you from thinking about the past or any event that just occurred a few years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes ago and start to access a timeline which I like to call the Present or the Now. Living in the now allows you to enjoy every breath and moment of life and to always look on the 🔆 bright side of situations allowing you to move on, persevere and achieve your goals of success.

Meditation is about closing your two eyes controlled by the brain and open your middle inner Eye called the Third Eye which is a single eye of Love that perceives all things as One with Love. That Eye is truly the eye of God that is why the Law of One says that “We are all One.” No matter what names we may give ourselves, our gods, our families, our countries or cultures etc. We all come from the same Source. This Eye allows you to see your inner world as opposed to the two eyes that perceive the outer world or what we call our everyday reality. Meditation is purely for the individual’s benefit to realize, actualize and know himself or herself at a deeper level hence the concepts “Self-Realization, self-Actualization and Inner-knowing.”
